Policies


We are very flexible on our policies, just give us a call to discuss your situation and how we can plan around you!

1. Minimum service charge: $25.00
2. Hourly booking rates: $50.00/hour
3. Wait time charges $10 per 15 minutes.
4. Wait time charges do not begin until 20 minutes past scheduled pick time.
5. At airport waiting charges will begin 45-60 minutes after flight landing.
6. 1 FREE Stop over.
7. A stop over is a stop within regular route of two destinations, and not more than 15 minutes.
8. Extended Stop: $25.00
9. An extended stop is a stop which takes you out of the reasonable travel from pick-up and drop-off and shell not exceed 45 minutes in length.
10. Car seat: $10.00 additional. 24 hours in advance notice required. Please specify the type of car seat.

No show up charges:
Please DON’T leave your pick up place/baggage claim area before you calling us in order to avoid the NO SHOW UP charges. If phone lines are busy, please leave a message and allow us 10 minutes to connect you with your designated driver. Full fare will be charged for no show ups.


Cancellations:
All Cancellations must be made by phone. If the phone is busy, please leave a detailed message. Cancellations made prior to 2 hours before the scheduled pick up time are without penalty. A cancellation made within 2 hours of the scheduled pick up time is subjected to 50% of service charge. Service Termination: The driver may terminate trip services due to inappropriate manners of the customer. There will be a full service charge.

Company is not responsible for
1. delays or the termination due to weather condition
2. delays or the termination due to mechanical breakdown of the vehicle
3. any loss because of service delays or termination due to mechanical breakdown or weather conditions
4. delays or the termination due to natural disasters
5. delays due to construction and detours
6. delays due to accidents
7. damage done by independent/sub-contractors
8. articles left in the vehicle
9. failure to provide service due to system failure/computer shutdown
10. any type of damage or loss.


Other policies:

• Alcohol and drug consumption is prohibited by law. If charged, the customer is responsible for all fines.
• Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
• Luggage will not be placed on the passenger seats.
• Although we do not impose any gratuity but we request 20% Gratuity.
• Vans fares vary depending on travel distance.
• $10 airport fee will apply to pickups from the airport.
